NORSACA (North Staffordshire African Caribbean Association)

Founded 1996. Registered charity created primarily for the African Caribbean community in North Staffordshire. Two halls, cap. 100 and 55. Activities include youth club with activities e.g. carnival participation; average of 200 people visiting the centre a month. Organise Six Towns One City Carnival in Hanley Park.
The Lindsay Annexe, which was formerly a school, is located on Cannon Place, Hanley. The building consists of a foyer, an open reception area (which was used for assembly, when it was a school), a combined kitchen and dining area, two large class rooms, ladies and gents toilets, office facilities, and a number of small storage rooms. Its spaciousness and central location makes it the ideal facility to accommodate project activities.
